A Pair of Chinese Cloisonné Enamel Vases and Stands C 1930

A lovely elegant pair of high quality 20th century Chinese cloisonné vases.

The pair of vases are made in a pleasing form. They stand on a small raised foot which rises to bulbous shaped bodies. Above the tall stepped and moulded necks finish with a flared rim.

The vases are decorated in a traditional floral and scrolled design separated with intricate boarders.

The rich enamel colours are especially good, with a restrained palette of blue, red, and white over a rich green ground. All of the wire work, rims, and feet are gilded.

The vases are displayed on their original gold lacquered hardwood stands.

The vases are in perfect original condition with no damage or repair.

The gold lacquer stands show ware and aged patina.
