A beautiful antique Heriz runner, handwoven circa 1910. The design features four indigo medallions on a rich terracotta field and interesting camel border. Some very funky secondary colours of green, pink and gold!
Size: 4.18m x 0.96m (13ft 8in x 3ft 2in)
This runner is in good overall condition with light, age related wear. At some point, this runner was cut along the width (with no loss to the design) - this has been restored by my repairer and is barely visible (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
