Penderyn Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
This is flanked by two towers of two small drawers, each with wooden knobs and a brass three quarter rail. The antique oak pedestal desk has an inset orange leather writing surface above an arrangement of nine drawers over and around the central kneehole, each with brass drop handles. Raised on a plinth base. Wonderful colour and patina throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the pedestal desk. There is some staining to the surface top as well as to the small towers (pictured). Overall, the antique 19th century mahogany pedestal desk is in great condition and remains structurally solid and sound.
