The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is signed S Smith & Son, 9 Strand, Watchmakers to the Admiralty, London. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is in good condition, just general surface marking but nothing too serious.
The glass lens has a few fairly minor marks but is very acceptable.

The dial is signed with the details of S Smith. Original pin-set blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial with the numbers 125-132 (thought to be model 125, number 132).
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
