Prometheus Antiques has dated this piece to the Regency era.
The engraver of the prints was Newton Smith Fielding after works by F.C.Turner. The prints all have a good bright colour but do have old restoration to tears. The prints are all mounted in the original burr yew frames these have losses and repairs, mainly to the edges. I do feel that the frames have been varnished at some point. The set has a great country house look and enormous decorative appeal. C.1830.
Overall sizes in inches, including frames, each: 22 by 19 ¼
