This wonderful large 19thC oil on canvas depicts an idyllic countryside scene. Well painted in a large gilded frame. It is signed A. Morris and dated 1881. There is one small puncture mark as can be seen in photos but this is not too noticeable once hung. It is a very decorative painting and woukd look well in a large period property.
