A charming miniature oil on wood panel depicting a lady in a wonderful large hat. The painting is a quick and free depiction of a stylish lady probably worked and finished in minutes by a hugely competent artist. The work is signed but I have been unable to identify the artist. The painting is in excellent condition and has been professionally cleaned. It retains what will undoubtedly be the original frame which is in good condition. The whole has a great look and is ready to hang. C.1930.
