Description

A very rare and unusual antique Georgian copy of an ancient Greek Trefoil Oinochoe wine jug or pitcher, beautifully detailed and crafted handle with Rams head decoration looking into the trefoil lipped top and with a God like facial image and the lower handle end where it joins the main body, sitting on a small round foot.

Dated between 1780-1820.

Condition report: Very untouched condition, couple of small dents and foot is a little loose
