Antique Senneh rug, circa 1880. From the town of Senha (Sanandaj) in Kurdistan come antique rugs that attain nearly miraculous fineness and suppleness. The attention to detail in the weaving in this rug makes it truly a work of art, this skill and eye for detail is repeated in the borders and the overall effect is quite stunning.
