Description

A lovely Georgian mahogany bow front chest of drawers. The chest has two short drawers over two long drawers, each retaining oval brass plate handles. The front has a well-shaped bow profile and stands on splayed bracket feet. The mahogany has a good rich, even colour and attractive grain.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. Drawers open and close smoothly. Overall a very attractive example.
