How do I clean the leather top?

Dust the surface regularly with a dry cotton cloth. You can apply a tiny amount of clear wax polish to the leather once a year to keep it supple. Avoid using water or liquid saddle soaps. These will darken the tooling and can cause the hide to lift away from the wooden substrate.

I want to move my desk upstairs to a spare bedroom but it seems far too heavy to lift in one piece, so does it come apart?

When I try to close the bottom right drawer it always jams about halfway in and requires a really hard push to get it to shut, is this normal?

Turn the drawer over and inspect the wooden runners underneath. Years of friction wears grooves into the bottom edges, which throws the whole drawer out of alignment. A cabinetmaker can glue fresh strips of hardwood onto the worn runners. This restores the original height and helps the drawer glide smoothly again.
