Description

A quality Victorian mahogany pedestal desk of practical size. The rectangular top, fitted with replacement leather writing surface in antique green with gilt tooled detail. The desk having an arrangement of nine rectangular mahogany lined drawers with beautiful figured mahogany veneers and mahogany turned knobs (replaced). All raised on a square plinth with hidden castors To each pedestal . Top drawer stamped Graygoose, 157 Great Queen Street. This desk is finished to all sides, and therefore could be placed in the centre of a room.

In superb condition throughout, having been restored and repolished to the highest of standards, ready to be used and enjoyed.
