Description

A gold painted country house fire screen of very generous proportions. The frame has decorative carved floral and foliate details. It stands on good curved feet.

The needlepoint is of a high quality depicting a peacock overlooking a decorative floral landscape. There are minor signs of damage to the needlepoint but commensurate with its age. Please examine the photos for signs of wear. Overall a splendid decorative example.
