Edward Thomas Jones.
He was also the Sergeant-Mace of the City of Leeds (the Mayor's Mace-bearer), and there are photographs of him in this capacity in 1927 on the LEODIS website. Jones exhibited his work at the Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool, the Royal Academy and the Royal Cambrian Academy as well as in Leeds.
