Description

This is a lovely antique Minton Aesthetic Movement porcelain cabinet plate, circa 1880 in date.

The centre is beautifully hand painted with foliate and floral ornamentation with two butterflie on a cream ground and within a gilt border.

On the reverse the plate bears the painted Minton mark.

There is no mistaking the quality and unique design of this plate which is sure to be a treasured addition to your home.

Condition:

In good condition with a hairline crack, please see photos for confirmation of condition.

Minton China

Influenced from it's close association with the finest heritage of the British aristocratic tradition, the classic bone china pieces show qualities which boast intricate and stunning ornate floral styling. The Minton brand is now part of the Wedgwood family but is now retired.
