Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Serpentine Fronted Writing Desk C1880 Wdb6071/19.10

Description

Antique victorian quality burr walnut writing desk and dating from aorund 1880. It has a deep cross banded edge to the serpentine shaped top above a single drawer to the centre and two small drawers to either side all of which are oak lined and with original brass handles and with a lovely shaped frieze below. It stands on lovely carved cabriole legs on a pad foot.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the rich burr walnut and oozing the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 31" high X 23.5"knee height X 22" deep X 46" wide
