This unique 'European double' French bed has been lovingly restored with side rails strengthened and adapted to support wood slats. Suitable for double mattress size 4'6"x 6'3" or 140cm x 190cm. Featuring wooden decorative panels painted with faux cane effect and floral motifs, with brass edge detailing. Original scumble effect paint finish on frame with original brass rod ends and ball caps. Aged paint has been waxed to preserve.
