Fine mid to late 18th century George 3rd Cuban mahogany and brass mechanical fire blower. Full working order. I have had a few of these in the past but this is by far the earliest and nicest of them all. The base is a lovely shape with scratch carved decoration. The turnings of the main body are also very nice although there is one old chip. The brass is all in un-touched condition and as such almost looks like bronze. The driving belt is round leather. The wood is a gorgeous colour with great patination and a waxed finish.
