Antique Edwardian Quality Mahogany Kneehole Writing Desk C1900 Wjm6067/20.9

Description

Lovely antique edwardian mahogany writing desk and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality flamed mahogany which has been superbly cut so that the stunning grain runs from the frieze upwards and through the drawer fronts (please see photos).

It has a low rail to the back and moulded edge to the serpentine shaped top and with a deep squared drawer to either side of a small central drawer all of which are mahogany lined and with brass handles and with a lovely deep shaped frieze to the kneehole and standing on long cabriole legs on a pad foot.

In very good condition and with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany and oozing charm and character.

Measures: 32" high X knee height 25" X 22" deep X 49" wide
