English 19th Century Antique Mahogany Military Desk

A lovely quality, mid 19th century antique campaign writing desk that is in super, original condition. Made in three parts for ease of movement, this antique military desk has the original leather writing surface that has gilt tooling, the top sits upon two side banks of drawers that have all the correct, original turned knob handles and the desk stands on original bun feet. Stamped in various places with M.O.D. along with arrow marks. Comes with a working key for the quality Hobbs & Co locks. A good piece of English antique mahogany campaign furniture with just a very small repair patch to the writing surface.
