A very rare and early Caucasian Karachopf Kazak large rug with beautiful design, good wool and dyes.
 
The piece is very clean with minimal top flight repairs and reasonable pile for its age.
 
There are hanging loops to the rear which may explain its condition.
 
A top flight piece both collectable and decorative, One for the connoisseur.
