Antique Pine School Masters Lectern

Description

Wonderful 19th century Victorian pine school masters lectern desk with hinged surfaces to the side, an up stand to the top with a lidded writing surface and an open front facing shelved area…ideal for a pub or restaurant perhaps!

Lovely worn antique pine colour tone throughout and has been beeswax polished so it has a mellow finish.

All hinges working well and it is structurally solid, ready for many many years of service!

47 1/2 inches or 120.5 cm maximum height

40 inches or 102 cm maximum width

22 1/2 inches or 57 cm maximum depth

24 inches for 61 cm desk width with flaps down

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
