Set 4 Georgian Lakin Drab Porcelain Plates C1815

Description

This SET OF FOUR GEORGIAN PLATES, with differing floral spray decoration to the centre and oak leaf borders, date from circa 1815.

They bear the impressed mark 'DRAB PORCELAIN' and were made by Thomas Lakin in Stoke (1812-1817).

They are in good condition with only minor imperfections. One plate has been over fired causing some discolouration and crazing to the white slip. There is no restoration.

These PLATES display beautifully.
