Description

19th Century French walnut writing table, the moulded edge top having a green leather writing surface decorated with gold and blind tooling, each end of the table having pull out slides, the front of the table there are a combination of four oak lined drawers, two at the left, one large single drawer at the centre and one deep drawer to the right which has a lockable secret compartment, the reverse of the table is panelled in keeping with the style of the front, supported on elegant turned and fluted legs. Circa 1880.
