A fine and decorative Adam style painted pine fire surround. The surround is in all the original paint and in good overall condition. The piece is applied with various neoclassical motifs in a simple and elegant manner. The columns are particularly nice in carved wood. The fire surround would really make a huge decorative impact in the right room. C.1890.
