Lovely Antique Victorian Mahogany Pedastal Kneehole Desk C1880 Wdb160/5.4

Description

This is a lovely antique victorian mahogany pedastal kneehole desk and dating form aorund 1880. It has a moulded edge to the top with cross banding and stringing above a dental moulded frieze above a central long drawer with shaped frieze over kneehole and four graduating drawers to each pedastal all of which are mahogany lined and with original brass handles and edged with stringing. It stands on a plinth base and is in one piece.

A most attractive victorian mahogany pedastal desk in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany having been given a traditional waxed finish.

Measures: 31" high X knee height 24" X 21" deep X 48" wide
