Here we have a rare Gimson and Slater mid century three part desk dated 1954. As you can see the desk has great colour and patina. The top lifts off and is stamped to the underside Gimson and Slater 1954. There is wonderful figure to the grain of the top and an inset rexine work surface. The pedestals contain a top and bottom single drawer and the middle is a double height filing drawer. All drawers run smoothly and retain the original turned wooden handles. A super desk from a great designer in wonderful retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 183 cm wide 99 cm deep 77 cm.
