Dating to the later part of the 19th Century this skillfully constructed and well designed oak pedestal desk is in excellent condition and retains a particularly appealing surface colour. Desks that have no middle drawer from original are highly sought after and a major advantage, especially for our taller clients, as they offer far more leg room and extra comfort when working. However storage capacity is not diminished as the beautifully made hand dovetailed drawers run nearly the full depth of the desk. It also boasts a full compliment of its original turned wooden knobs and working locks (keys supplied).

Now sensitively restored with a top quality hand coloured replacement hide as its writing surface this lovely desk is ready to be used .
