Dating from ca. 1870, this Elegant 19th Century Victorian Mahogany Antique Writing Table has a rectangular moulded top with small raised edge above two longer over two shorter drawers with decorative brass handles, a wide knee hole with decorative carved brackets. This lovely writing table, stands on turned reeded legs with white porcelain castors and is a rich mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
