Description

Classic cast iron stove in good condition exactly as shown in the photographs. Suitable for a mews cottage, houseboat or even your gypsy caravan. Often referred to as “Queenie No 6” this cast stove is believed to date circa 1890, the draft plate on the front is marked “Balmoral 6”. One firebrick is cracked but all the iron casting is in good order & very detailed, there is little if any sign of wear through use. This stove still retains its removable decorative heat diffuser which is also the cover for the two cooking hot plates.

Suitable as a decorative item or useable for its original purpose if professionally installed. I am told that working parts/replacements can still be purchased.
