An Edwardian Walnut Pedestal Desk

1900 - 1920
Description

An Edwardian walnut pedestal desk, the rectangular top with moulded edge and green leather insert, over a long central drawer and two short drawers to the sides, on twin pedestals each fitted with three graduated drawers all with brass swan neck handles on plinth bases with concealed castors. English circa 1900.

Condition: Overall very good; the desk is solid and robust, and is in three sections for ease of moving. The leather is probably a later replacement but has some good signs of wear.
