Antique William 1v Cuban Mahogany Pedastal Desk C1820 Wdb4740/17.3

Description

Possible free delivery please enquire about this antique william 1v cuban mahogany pedastal desk and dating form aorund 1820. Constructed from quality cuban mahogany it has a moulded edge to the top with a long drawer to the front flanked on either side by a smaller drawer all of which are mahogany lined and with moulded fronts and original knob handles. To each pedastal there is a moulded panelled door with the right panel having three internal drawers all of which are again mahogany lined and with original knob handles. It stands on a plinth base on castors.

It is in very good ocndition with a few old dark marks to the top but over the years these have been polished in and form part of the patination. The top lifts off the pedastals for ease of transporting.

It measures: 31" high X knee height 25" X 26" deep X 50" wide
