An antique Gorravan carpet from the province of Heriz in North Western Iran. Soft terracotta ground with large scale all over design flanked by navy blue borders. This very decorative carpet is in fair condition with even low pile, slight losses to ends, some local old repair. It will be sold deep cleaned and moth proofed with all ends and sides tidied and secured. Circa 1900.
