Description

A good quality Georgian Style freestanding mahogany Carlton House desk. The upper section having a shaped superstructure which houses the 6 Hungarian Ash veneered drawers with brass pulls and 2 shaped pullout pigeonholes.The concave shaped flame mahogany sides with 2 larger conforming drawers. The lower section having a writing surface which retains the original tooled leather above the 2 cockbeaded drawers with brass swan neck handles. The whole raised on turned tapering legs with reeded tops and brass cup casters In very good condition, re-polished in our own workshops to a very high standard and all mahogany lined. Dimensions:- Max.Height…38’’/ 96.5cm. Width…48’’/ 122cm. Depth…24’’/ 61cm. Writing Height…29.5’’/ 75cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £65.
