A superb 19th.century French extending brass fender having classical turned columns with scrolling fauna to each side supporting an elaborate front bar. This can be adjusted from a maximum width of 51’’/ 129.5cm. or shortened to minimum width of 36’’/ 91.5cm. The height is 21.25’’/ 54cm. and the depth is 6.5’’/ 16.5cm. The Fender is in excellent condition and has been hand cleaned, polished and retains most of the original gilding. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £35.
