An outstanding mid 19th century, burr walnut Davenport Desk of exceptional quality, with piano shaped Davenport desk with pop-up section on top enclosing small drawers and compartments and finely fretted dividers for storing papers.

This superior piece is is veneered in the finest 'burl' veneers and has clearly been put together by a master craftsman of the period. It is currently unrestored and in good 'Country House Condition'. It can be purchased as is, or we can arrange restoration with our own skilled craftsmen at a cost of £400.
