The Heals desk splits into three parts, the top section having three drawers, all with the original oak turned handles and a black leather inset into the top. Each pedestal has three graduating drawers, again all with the correct handles and all run smoothly. The sides are well panelled and the back is finished, so the desk could stand away from a wall in a room. To the front edges of the Heals desk is a simple, chip carved Heals design. The oak desk chair has this design too. The Heals desk chair is newly upholstered and in excellent, strong condition. This Heals of London oak desk is a good, large size, perfect for a home office or study and along with the matching Heals desk chair.
