William IV mahogany and Teak Campaign Desk dating from the 1830’s

The top section has a tooled leather writing surface with. Removable fiddle or gallery which lifts off and folds to fit in the top drawer. The drawer of the top is actually a single although is made to appear like three. Part of the reason for the full length size if to store the fiddle during travel (ideal for architectural plans, maps and charts) each pedestal has three graduating drawers. The pedestals stand on the original turned removable feet with rolling castors. The desk has a polished back and separates into three sections for easy transportation.
