Fabulous quality Aesthetic movement desk with 5 good size drawers, a good useable size piece and in great condition. Made by Edwards and Sons of Staffordshire.Could also make a fabulous dressing table...see further images for mirror example...mirror not included in this price though!The desk is made from solid mahogany and has cedar lined drawers, all running smoothly. Original locks, but I don''t have keys as yet...will try and locate some or have some cut. Also has all original castors too.Decorative piece of furniture and very much useable too, the size of kneehole area is good, so has room for a comfortable desk.The leather top is original, one small repair which you may see in the photos as a light patch in colour...I will be toning this back to match better.This is a great alternative to the typical and uncomfortable full ''pedestal'' desks as you have plenty of leg room below.Good storage with the 5 drawers.The style of this desk lends itself well...
