Pedestal Desk

Description

Lovley late 19th century rosewood pedestal desk, with replacement green leather insert .

The left hand pedestal has 4 drawers and the right hand pedestal has 5 drawers, each with turned rosewood handles.

The top section has 3 drawers - the 2 side drawers have turned wooden handles while the central drawer has a working lock and key. Rosewood slides come out of each side of the top section of the desk.

This desk comes in 4 pieces for ease of transportation.

This is a great desk. It has been through our workshop and cleaned and polished. All the drawers run smoothly.

French circa 1890's

H 30.5 inches (gallery extra 3 inches )

W 48 inches slides 13.5 inches ( each )

D 24 inches

H under central drawer 24 inches

W19.5 inches
