Description

George III style mahogany serpentine partners desk a rare and impressive large mahogany serpentine shaped pedestal partners desk in the manner of Thomas Chippendale. The recently triple panel light green leather inset top sits above an arrangement of nine drawers with original brass swan neck handles flanked by fluted pilasters surmounted by paterae terminals. The opposing side having three drawers above a pair of cupboards fitted with ogee shaped shelves on plinth bases. All drawers and cupboards with working locks and keys labelled Maple and Co
