A superb quality Victorian pedestal desk in the Gothic taste.

Constructed from solid mahogany.
The use of the darker wood around the lighter, golden drawers is very striking.
Having nine drawers in total, retaining the original Gothic style handles. The drawers are of fine dove-tail construction and are mahogany lined.
To the top is an inset green leather writing surface, with quality gold-tooling.
The overall condition is excellent antique condition, having general, expected signs of age and use, minor knocks and bumps.The leather overall is in very good unworn condition, with a dark mark to the right corner, shown in the pictures.
The desk doesn`t dismantle.
