With a rectangular moulded top and tooled leather writing insert above a central drawer over knee hole. Each pedestal has four graduating mahogany lined drawers with brass arts and crafts handles. This wonderful desk stands on a moulded plinth and splits into three sections for easy removal. The satin birch has aged to a warm golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
