Victorian Mahogany Centre of Room Ladies Writing Desk

Description

We say centre of the room as the desk has one long drawer on one side with a dummy drawer on the reverse side. Therefore the desk looks the same from both sides.

The desk stands on four turned and reeded legs with original casters . The top has faded quite considerably more than the base which actually is quite attractive however we could have it darkened should the buyer prefer.

There are beautifully shaped brackets which support the top from the base. A lovely detail.
