Brass bound mahogany campaign portable writing box on stand , would make an excellent side table , it has a brass plaque inscribed with Lieutenant Colonel Eliott RLD inside has a paper lable with HEWLINS from St Martins Lane , Cabinet Maker upholsterer and undertaker No 2 STRAND near Northumberland House .All in excellent condition with a hand wax finish, the box is attached with a steel screw at each side
