A superb mahogany Chippendale style writing desk of much above average quality. All the drawers are lined in solid mahogany and the rear of the desk is polished to allow use off the wall. All the carvings to the legs, top and inner brackets are lovely and crisp. The green tooled leather top is new and the whole piece is in excellent condition.
