Antique White Marble Fireplace Surround

Description

This is a very smart Victorian marble fire surround with a tasteful plain design in figured Carrara white marble with a contrasting soft brown marble. The fire surround dates from the late 19th century and is in good condition. It would suit a variety of fires and modern or antique settings due to its tasteful clean lines. The surround measures 116 cms high, mantle is 152 cms long. The opening is 97 cms square and would accommodate a standard cast iron insert.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
