Dating From Around 1870, This Magnificent Quality Large Victorian Mahogany Antique Pedestal Desk has a rectangular moulded top with rounded corners and green tooled leather writing insert above central drawer with large over knee hole.
This amazing antique has been finished all the way round so may be placed in the centre of a room if so desired and is full of beautiful charm and character. It also splits into three sections for easy removal. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
