A good quality Victorian mahogany pedestal desk
c1890.
To the top is an inset tan, gold tooled leather writing surface, which is new and unused.
Having nine solid mahogany lined drawers in total. With all locks and escutcheons present. Key to central drawer.
Elegant, quality brass swan-neck handles.
Very solid sturdy and strong.
The overall condition is good antique condition, having general expected minor signs of age and use. Replacement handles, but are stylistically and age correct.
