Original baluster gallery; **Tooled leather writing surface; **Fitted satinwood-lined interior with 2 small drawers; **Hinged "secret" pen-and-ink drawer; **Good pair of original inkwells; **Large slides to both sides; **3 mahogany-lined main drawers (dummies opposite); **Melon-carved feet with original castors...and the whole top slides forward when in use. Lovely colour and very original.
